Tell Me Three Things

Tell Me Three Things

BooksInNeed, with a hilarious romance that had be sitting on the edge of my chair for the whole thing.

Tell Me Three Things by Julie Buxbaum

Jessie has been through a lot, including her mother dying and her father remarrying a woman from the internet. Yeah, her whole world has been turned upside down. Jessie has to now pack up and leave Chicago, her friends, and her whole past behind her and move to Los Angeles, California. Going to a prep school, she thinks about leaving to go back to her past, when she gets an email from a boy at her school who calls himself Somebody/Nobody, or SN for short. He tells her that he could help introduce Wood Valley High School and how to survive it. With SN helping Jessie get through school, she could sort out her now spinning out of control life. She meets Liam, the librarians son, and Ethan ,the mysterious boy in her class who partnered up with her for a English project. With Jessie falling for Ethan and Liam falling for her, can SN really help her get through her life, or will everything fall around her?

Perfect days are for people with small, realizable dreams. Or maybe for all of us, they just happen in retrospect; they’re only now perfect because they contain something irrevocably and irretrievably lost.

Julie Buxbaum, Tell Me Three Things

Will Jessie be able to save the image of her mother, or will that fall too?

Thank you, Julie Buxbaum for this hilarious novel with heartbreak, sadness, but love, and happiness with an ending sugar coated.
